Description
With hyacinths, you not only bring beautiful flowers to your garden, but also a touch of Greek mythology. Hyacinth is the Latin form of the Greek word Huakinthos. According to Greek mythology, Huakinthos was loved by the sun god Apollo. He was mortally wounded during a discus throw, and from his flowing blood grew a flower, which Apollo named after Huakinthos. In this mix, you will receive different types of hyacinths in gorgeous pastel colours, namely 'Woodstock', 'Pink Surprise', and 'Carnegie'. Together, these hyacinth varieties will bring a romantic atmosphere to your garden. Hyacinths can reach a height of around 25 to 30 cm. Plant the bulbs between September and December, and you can start celebrating spring in April when the flowers are in full bloom.
