Repairable

We repair all our machines; simply call 0800 55 52 53. We will lend you another machine while yours is being repaired, and we add a 6-month warranty to your repaired machine.

Recyclable

All machines that can no longer be repaired are recycled thanks to the eco-organisation Ecosystem.

For 20 years, Nespresso has been taking action in support of the circular economy for its machines. The company repairs, refurbishes, and recycles its machines with its partner ANRH, which employs people with disabilities. Machine refurbishment is carried out by this partner to give a second life to our everyday objects, in line with a circular economy approach, supporting over 50 French jobs that cannot be relocated.

As part of its After-Sales Service, Nespresso France offers the option to exchange a broken machine for a refurbished machine. This option is an alternative to the standard repair service, with the decision left entirely to the customer.
