Usage Instructions
After applying your Base Coat and two coats of Milky White, add the glitter with a brush or your finger.
Step 2
Then apply the Top Coat and leave to dry.

To pick up just the right amount of glitter, put a little on the shoulder of the bottle rather than dipping your tools straight into it.
