Just like every knife in the Chef Tanaka collection, these 5Cr15Mov steel steak knives are lightweight to ensure a quick, comfortable grip. The ergonomic handle of these knives also makes carving all your cuts of meat effortless.
A good steak knife with micro-serrations is an essential tool for enjoying delicious cuts of meat.

Care Instructions
Hand wash in soapy water, dry immediately with a soft cloth, never put in the dishwasher. Sharpen as soon as the edge dulls (honing steel or sharpener), cut on a wooden board, do not use the cutting edge to scrape food. Wooden handles: dry thoroughly before storing.
