Description
Forget ordinary breakfasts. Apricot and Lavender jam captures blazing sunshine in a glass jar. Apricots from the South of France, ripe and sweet, are almost too good to be true. Then comes the lavender, subtle yet persistent, painstakingly stripped from its stems by hand—a seemingly innocent detail that conceals an almost unsettling patience.
Confiture Parisienne is going green. For its "Strawberry, Raspberry and Rose Geranium" recipe, we head into the garden. We start picking with a hint of rose geranium, a few raspberries and plenty of strawberries and… there we have it! A new delight in our hands.
Paired with the tartness of raspberry and the sweetness of strawberry, the distinctly floral fragrance of rose geranium gives this artisan jam a little something special.
