Ingredients (per 4 capsules): desmodium extract (Desmodium adscendens, 300 mg), milk thistle extract (Silybum marianum L., standardised to 80% silymarin: 300 mg, providing 240 mg of silymarin), schisandra extract (Schisandra chinensis, 300 mg), burdock extract (Arctium lappa L., 300 mg), HPMC vegetable capsule, bulking agent: acacia fibres, magnesium stearate.

Detox is taken over 3 weeks in two phases.
Phase 1 – Initial course: take 4 capsules a day with a large glass of water for 1 week.
Phase 2 – Maintenance course: take 2 capsules a day with a large glass of water for the following two weeks.
