1966 501 ORGANIC RIGID The LEVI'S 501(R) 1966 model symbolizes the 1960s. In the long history of LEVI'S, which was the first introduced blue jeans in the world, the style with bar-tack instead of rivets on back pockets and "Big E" red tabs was born only for a short period of time, from 1966 to 1971, which was like the blink of an eye. From 1971, "LEVI'S(R)" on both sides of the red tabs became "Levi's(R)." With this change, only the product from the late 1960s was 501(R) with both bar-tack and "Big E" red tabs.
