Monogram x The Bradery
Article 1: Companies organizing the game
The company SYMMETRIC (hereinafter, "the Organising Company 1"), a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 1,338.90 euros whose registered office is located at 111, avenue Achille Perreti, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 839 442 258.
SYMMETRIC is organizing a free game with no purchase necessary entitled “SVR x LAZARTIGUE x The Bradery” (hereinafter, the “Game”) from 29/10/2024 at 08:00 to 04/11/2024 at 17:00 (hereinafter, the “Game Period”), accessible at the following URL:

Article 2: Consultation of the game rules
The complete rules of the Game (hereinafter, the “Rules”) are available free of charge on the Site for the entire duration of the Game.
It is also available free of charge to anyone who requests it from the Organising Company at the following address: hello@thebradery.com
Article 3: Participation
Participation in the Game implies unreserved acceptance and compliance with the provisions of the Rules.
The Game is not managed or sponsored by Facebook. The information you provide is supplied and used solely by the Organizing Company, and not by Facebook.
By participating in the game, you agree to the data protection policy and you agree to receive newsletters from The Bradery and Monogram.
You can unsubscribe at any time.
3.1 Conditions for participation in the Game
Only natural persons residing in metropolitan France may participate in the Game, excluding the staff of the Organising Company and those of companies that participated in the preparation of the Game and members of their close family (parents, brothers and sisters, or any other person residing in the same household).
Any participant under the age of 18 and/or lacking legal capacity must obtain prior authorization from a parent or guardian to participate in the Game and accept the Rules.
The Organizing Company may at any time request proof of authorization from any minor or assisted participant and, if necessary, disqualify any participant unable to provide such proof. Participation in the Game is limited to one person per entry (same last name, first name, email address, and Facebook ID) except for sharing the Game as indicated in clause 4.2. Any additional entries will be considered void.
To participate, it is mandatory to use a valid personal email address.
3.2 Validity of participation
The Organizing Company reserves the right to verify that participants have entered the Game in accordance with the Rules. Non-compliant entries will result in disqualification.
These different situations will result in the immediate disqualification of the participants:
- Multiple entries using non-existent email addresses or email addresses linked to the same person.
The Organizing Company may cancel all or part of the Game if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, including through computer means, in connection with participation in the Game. In this case, it reserves the right not to award prizes to those who have committed fraud and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts.
It is expressly agreed that the Organising Company may make use of the programmes, data, files, records, operations and other elements in computer or electronic format or medium in particular for the purpose of proving any breach by the participants of the provisions of the Regulations.
Article 4: Gameplay
4.1. In order to validate their participation, participants must provide their email address, accept the terms and conditions of participation, and confirm their participation.
4.2. In order to participate in the Game, participants must, during the Game Period, proceed as follows:
- Go to the Site and access the Game page
- Fill in their email address
- Click on "I'M PARTICIPATING"
- The prizes will be awarded at the end of the Game Period, on 04/11/2024, via email. The email may end up in your spam folder.
One winner will be drawn at random on Tuesday, November 4, 2024, and contacted immediately by email. If there is no response within at least one week of the email being sent, another person will be drawn.
- Any inaccurate or incomplete entry will not be considered and may result in the invalidation of the participation. In particular, entries with inaccurate, fictitious, or incomplete contact information, those that do not comply with the provisions of these Rules, or those submitted after the closing date of the Game Period may not be considered.
It is strictly forbidden for a participant to participate in the Game using another person's email address.
Article 5: Endowments
5.1. List of prizes at stake at the end of the Game Period
- Monogram: a vintage Hermès silk square scarf, worth €300
5.2. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for their cash value and cannot be awarded in any form other than that provided for in the Regulations.
Article 6: Distribution of grants
Any prize that cannot be awarded due to an error or omission in the participants' contact information, a change in their contact information, or unsubscribing from The Bradery newsletter, failure to claim the prize within the allotted time, or for any other reason attributable to the winners, will be forfeited and will not be re-awarded. The prize cannot be claimed subsequently by the original winner under any circumstances.
Article 7: Data Processing and Freedoms
7.1. Personal information concerning participants in the Game is intended for the use of the Organising Company for the purposes of the Game, in particular its organisation, the production of participation statistics, the taking into account of the participant's participation and the sending of prizes.
Personal information that must be provided in connection with the Game is identified by an asterisk on the Game collection form; if this mandatory information is not provided, the participant's participation cannot be taken into account.
7.2. Under no circumstances will this information be retained after the Game unless the participant consents to receive commercial offers on the products and services of the Organising Company.
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, participants and their legal representatives have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning participants as well as the right to object for legitimate reasons and to object to prospecting, in particular commercial prospecting.
7.3. Through this game, each participant who clicked "I PARTICIPATE" on the registration form will receive emails from the Organizing Company 1 and 2 regarding new products, offers, and brand news. Article 8: Responsibility
8.1. Participation in the Game via the Internet implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, particularly with regard to technical performance and response times for accessing, querying, or transferring information. The lack of protection of certain data against potential misuse and the risk of contamination by viruses circulating on the network cannot, under any circumstances, give rise to liability on the part of the Organizing Company.
Therefore, the Organizing Company cannot be held liable in the event of an interruption of internet communications or alteration of entries (network communication, network interruption), and more generally, for any malfunction of the internet network, all or part of the Website, or any other technical connection, over which the Organizing Company has no control. In particular, the Organizing Company and its service providers disclaim all liability in the event that the Website is unavailable during the Game period for a reason beyond their control.
Similarly, the Organising Company cannot be held responsible for delays or errors in email transmission beyond its control and disclaims all liability in the event of misuse of the device used to access the Game or any incident related to the use of this device (in particular, the Organising Company cannot be held responsible for any damage, material or immaterial, caused to participants, their computer equipment and the data stored therein, and the consequences that may result on their personal, professional or commercial activity).
8.2. The Organising Company cannot be held liable for any error in the delivery of the prize due to incorrect information provided by the winner.
8.3. The Organising Company cannot be held liable if, in the event of force majeure, it is required to cancel, postpone, extend, or modify the conditions of this Game, and its liability cannot be engaged as a result.
Article 9: Reimbursement of internet connection fees
No financial compensation or expenses of any kind will be provided to participants as a result of their participation.
Article 10: Intellectual Property / Image Rights
The images used on the Site, the objects represented, the trademarks and trade names mentioned, the graphic, computer elements and the databases composing the Site, are the exclusive property of their respective owners and may not be extracted, reproduced, represented or exploited without the written authorization of the latter, under penalty of civil and/or criminal prosecution.
All brands or product names mentioned are trademarks or registered product names of their respective owners.
Article 11: Disputes - Applicable Law
The Game and the Rules are subject to French law, without prejudice to the public policy provisions applicable in the country of the participant's residence.
Any dispute arising in connection with this Game shall be submitted to the competent French courts without prejudice to the public policy provisions applicable in the country of residence of the participant.
