Hair: Ingredients per 4 capsules: HMPC capsule, amla extract (Phyllanthus emblica L. – 300 mg), MSM (methylsulfonylmethane – 300 mg), L-cysteine (200 mg), L-methionine (200 mg), bamboo extract (Bambusa arundinacea Willd. 200 mg), bulking agent: magnesium stearate, vitamin B5 (12 mg – 200% RI*), vitamin B8 (100 µg – 200% RI*). *Reference intake

Collagen+: Ingredients (per 6 g): Naticol® marine collagen (5000 mg, fish), bulking agent: acacia fibre, Damasty (a blend of dried Damascus rose extract (Rosa x Damascena mill.), acerola juice (Aalpighia Glabra l.) and freeze-dried melon juice concentrate (Cucumis Melo l.) – 300 mg), rhodiola extract (Rhodiola Rosea l. – 200 mg), hyaluronic acid (120 mg), pomegranate extract (Punica Granatum l. – 50 mg).

Hair: • Initial course: take 4 capsules a day with a large glass of water.
• Maintenance course: take 2 capsules a day with a large glass of water.
A jar of 112 capsules provides a 4-week (1-month) initial course at 4 capsules a day or an 8-week (2-month) maintenance course at 2 capsules a day. For lasting effects, we recommend a 3-month course.
Collagen+: Pour the powder into your glass and add a little of your chosen drink. For optimal mixing, stir with your electric frother until completely dissolved. For lasting effects, we recommend a 3-month course. Neutral taste.
