Enamelled cast iron casserole dish compatible with induction, ceramic, gas hobs and oven-safe up to 260°C. Designed to enhance stews, casseroles, soups, bisques and bread making just like in a Dutch oven. Its high-density structure ensures superior heat retention and even heat distribution. It features a vitrified coating free of BPA and PFOA that absorbs neither odours nor flavours. Available in a 21 cm round format with 2.6 L capacity for everyday recipes, as well as a 30 cm oval format with 4.66 L capacity for whole joints of meat and large portions.
