But do not panic, XXL living rooms are also catered for, as the Villabon sofa is also available in a 4-seater version:) The structure of the Villabon 3-seater sofa consists of: - 15 mm thick E1-class particleboard panels - solid pine from Poland (45x20 and 60x20 sections) - fibreboard panels (2.5 mm hardboard) - suspension with interwoven elastic straps stapled to a solid beech frame (from Poland). It is non-removable and padded with 16 kg/m3 polyether foam, 10 mm thick. The top of its armrests is made of 24 kg/m3 density polyether foam and 160 g/m² polyester wadding, with a simple topstitched flat-band finish. Its foams are bonded with hot-melt glue (solvent-free). The backrest and armrests of the Villabon velvet sofa are made from a blend of polyester fibres and polyether foam flakes. The back cushions have removable covers with zip fastenings. Its seat consists of HR35 polyurethane foam and a pocket filled with a blend of polyester fibres and flakes, covered with 160 g/m² wadding. Its seat cushions have a simple topstitched finish and removable covers with zip fastenings. As for the base, the Villabon sofa is raised on 5 black metal hairpin legs!
