1. Drop a pebble into 1 litre of boiling water until completely dissolved.
2. Then position your face 10 to 15 cm above the bowl before covering your head with a towel to trap the steam from the aromatic pebble and enjoy its beneficial effects.
3. Close your eyes and leave your face exposed to the active steam for 5 min.
4. Dip a small towel in the water, wring it out well, then place it over your face, neck and nape for 1 min.
