Ingredients:
- 50 g sugar
- Genepi sprigs, origin France
Preparation:
- Pour in 50 cl of neutral 40% ABV spirit (fruit alcohol or vodka)
- Mix until the sugar has completely dissolved
- Leave to infuse for 30 days away from light
- Taste the mixture and add a little sugar if needed
- Filter and enjoy
