Quality upholstery available in a wide palette of colours to suit every ambience… Secondly, the structure of the Villabon 4-seater sofa consists of: - 15 mm thick E1-class particleboard panels - solid pine from Poland (45x20 and 60x20 sections) - fibreboard panels (2.5 mm hardboard) - suspension with interwoven elastic webbing stapled to a solid beech frame (from Poland) It is non-removable and filled with 16 kg/m3 polyether foam, 10 mm thick. The top of its armrests is made of 24 kg/m3 density polyether foam and 160 g/m² polyester wadding, with a simple topstitch finish in flat band. Its foams are bonded with hot-melt glue (solvent-free). The backrest and armrests of the Villabon velvet sofa are made from a blend of polyester fibres and polyether foam flakes. The back cushions have removable covers with zip fastenings. Its seat consists of HR35 polyurethane foam and a pocket filled with a blend of polyester fibres and flakes, covered with 160 g/m² wadding. Its seat cushions have a simple topstitch finish and removable covers with zip fastenings. Finally, the Villabon sofa features turned legs in black-stained wood, with a subtly old-school design.
