Hydra Mama - Electrolyte Powder

Composition: Food supplement based on magnesium and potassium: Lemon fruit powder (Citrus limon), potassium citrate, magnesium salts of citric acid, coconut water powder (Cocos nucifera), lemon flavouring, pink Himalayan salt (sodium chloride), acidifier: malic acid.


Care instructions: Take 1 stick per day and dilute the contents in 500 ml of water. You can also pour the contents of the stick into your water bottle to consume throughout the day.
The powder can also be mixed into a smoothie, flavoured water, sparkling water, etc.
When to take it?
Hydra Mama is particularly suitable:
In summer or during hot weather, when sweating increases mineral loss
After sport or sustained physical activity
In case of heavy sweating (fever, night sweats)
In case of nausea, vomiting or diarrhoea, situations that can accelerate electrolyte loss
On a daily basis if you drink little water or simply want to enrich your water

Magnesium to support the body
Magnesium contributes to reducing fatigue, normal muscle function, and electrolyte balance. Formulated as magnesium citrate for optimal absorption (2).
Potassium for muscles and the nervous system
Potassium contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system, and the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Hydra Mama provides 405 mg of potassium per stick, or 20% of reference intakes.
Coconut water and lemon for a natural boost
Coconut fruit water is naturally rich in minerals. Combined with lemon powder, it gives Hydra Mama its fresh lemon taste, with no sweeteners or added sugar.
