For skin and hair
Hair is mainly composed of keratin, and your body uses several amino acids to produce keratin, some of which are found in collagen. Collagen also offers beneficial properties for the skin, particularly for elasticity, and may help reduce the appearance of stretch marks.

To recover from childbirth
A 240 ml serving of broth contains nearly 6 g of natural collagen, readily absorbed by the body. Collagen contains, among other nutrients, glycine which promotes muscle repair, glutamine for protein synthesis, and anti-inflammatory proline which supports optimal healing and aids tissue renewal.

Good for gut health
It contains gelatin, which forms a protective layer that strengthens the intestinal lining and enhances food digestibility to ease digestion, as well as glutamine which regulates intestinal barrier function.
