The chef’s knife is the knife to favour in your kitchen. It can be used for multiple purposes. With it, you can cut meat and fish, finely chop herbs, dice fruit and vegetables, and peel them.

67-layer forged 90Cr18MoV Damascus steel blade, hardness 60±2 HRC – black fibre handle
Care instructions:
Hand-wash in soapy water and dry immediately with a soft cloth. Never put in the dishwasher. Sharpen as soon as the edge dulls (with a honing steel or sharpener), cut on a wooden board and do not use the blade edge to push food. Wooden handles: dry thoroughly before storing.
